Real pricing
No setup fee, no deposit, no surprise invoice. Twelve-month term because I'm not charging you anything up front. After that it's month to month.
You can buy out of the term any time — the fee is $600 minus $50 for every month you've already paid. The domain and every file transfer to you and we shake hands. After twelve months there's no fee at all, just 30 days' notice.
Yours is probably already built — I'd have called you about it. If it isn't, seven days from the day you send me your photos. Most shops around here quote four to six weeks.
Why bother
Somebody tells their neighbor about you. First thing that neighbor does is look you up. Whatever they find is the second impression, and it's the one that decides.
A real site with your services, your towns, and your reviews is what makes you show up when somebody searches for what you do near where they live.
Angi and Thumbtack rent you customers and keep the relationship. Your own site is the one place online that belongs to you.
The difference
Who you're dealing with
I'm not a call center and I'm not in another state. I run an audio production business here in Central Texas (audionsense.com) and I've spent twenty years making things that have to work the first time in front of a paying client. Same standard here.
When you call, you get me. When something breaks, you text me. That's the whole company.
Straight answers
They probably can build one for that. Then it's yours to host, update, and fix. Mine includes the hosting, the domain, the Google listing, and me still answering the phone in eighteen months. Different product, not a different price for the same thing.
Good — that's the hardest part and you've already done it. A website doesn't replace word of mouth, it catches the people who were already sent your way and wanted to check first.
You do. It's registered in your business's name from day one. If we part ways you take it with you.
Most people don't. I'll send you a one-page guide on getting decent shots with your phone — it's mostly about light, not the camera. If your photos aren't there yet, I build a version that doesn't need them.
The site comes down and goes to a temporary contact page until it's sorted. I'll tell you that before you sign, not after.
